Free migration
Move your server here for free
Already running on another host? We move it for you at no cost. You open a ticket, we agree on a time, and we copy the world, plugins and settings so you don't have to.
How it works
How it works
Open a ticket
Open a ticket in our Discord server, in the support channel. Tell us which host you're on, your server version and roughly how big the world is.
We agree a time
We confirm the details and pick a window that suits you. Your old server stays online until the move is done.
We move it and check it
We copy the world, plugins, configs, whitelist and operators, start the server here and test it before handing it back.
What we move
- World folders: overworld, Nether and End together
- Plugins or mods, with their configuration files
- Server settings, whitelist, operators and ban list
- The server version your world was made with
What you need to do
- Give us access: a panel login, or a zip of your server folder downloaded from your current host.
- Tell us if the move changes anything your players use, such as the address, so we can warn them in advance.
- Keep your old server online until we confirm the new one works.
