Privacy Policy

To provide our hosting services effectively, we collect the following types of information:

• Personal Identification Information: When you register for an account, we may collect your name, email address, and billing address.
• Technical and Usage Data: Our systems automatically log certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps of your visits to our website and control panel.
• Payment Information: When you purchase a service, payment details are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal or Stripe). Endurance Nodes does not directly store or process full credit card numbers or banking credentials on our local servers.
• Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to link your account with third-party services (such as Discord), we may receive specific profile information (like your username and avatar) authorized by those platforms.

We strictly use the collected data for the following operational purposes:

• To provision, operate, and maintain your hosting services and control panel access.
• To process transactions, generate invoices, and manage billing cycles.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activities or unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
• To communicate with you regarding support tickets, service updates, scheduled maintenance, and policy changes.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Endurance Nodes will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Data is only shared with strictly necessary third-party service providers solely for the purpose of delivering our services and ensuring business functionality. These third parties include:

• Payment Processors: To securely facilitate transactions and handle chargeback disputes.
• Transactional Communication Services: Automated mailing systems used exclusively to send you invoices, password resets, and critical service alerts.
• Law Enforcement: We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, ensure the safety of others, or investigate illegal activities (as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy).

Our website and control panels use "cookies" (small data files stored on your device) to ensure core functionality. We exclusively use essential session cookies necessary to:

• Keep you securely logged into your client area and server control panel.
• Remember your language or regional preferences within the interface.
• Prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks.

We do not use intrusive third-party tracking cookies for targeted advertising. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but doing so may render our billing platform and control panel unusable.

Website analytics: our website measures its own traffic with a first-party system hosted on our own servers, without cookies and without third parties. It records which pages are viewed, approximate time on each page, the website you came from (domain only), campaign tags in the link, language, device type, browser, operating system and time zone. We do not store your IP address or any identifier that can be linked to you: each visit is counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day and is deleted within 48 hours, and only aggregated daily totals are kept, for up to 13 months. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your visits are not measured.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, firewall configurations, and secure password hashing, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, server data (worlds, files) is permanently and cryptographically destroyed upon service termination.

In compliance with international and local data protection frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales (LOPDP) of Ecuador, clients have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their personal information from our active databases.

You may exercise your "Right to be Forgotten" by submitting a formal request. Please note that data deletion requests will only be honored if there are no active services, pending invoices, or ongoing payment disputes associated with your account. Certain transactional records may be retained temporarily solely to comply with local tax and accounting laws.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected such data inadvertently, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

As a global hosting provider, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own (such as our datacenter locations in North America or the EU). By using our services, you consent to the cross-border transfer of your data, strictly protected under this policy.

Endurance Nodes reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to how we handle your personal information, we will notify active clients via email or through a prominent notice in the client area prior to the changes taking effect.
