Account Suspension & Data Deletion Timeline

Billing & Account Reviewed September 6, 2026 1 min read

An unpaid invoice does not just pause your server — it starts a seven-day countdown that ends with the files being deleted. These are the two dates that matter.

What you are seeing

  • The server is stopped and will not start from the panel.
  • The panel shows the service as suspended.

Why it happens

Suspension and termination are automatic and driven by the invoice due date, not by a manual decision.

What to do

  1. On the due date — suspension

The moment an invoice passes its due date the server is suspended and the container is shut down. Nothing is deleted at this point: paying the invoice brings the server back with its files intact.

  2. Day 7 — termination

After seven consecutive days unpaid, the container, the databases and the backup storage are permanently deleted.

Worth knowing

Files removed by termination cannot be recovered. We do not keep copies of terminated services, so a backup downloaded to your own machine is the only thing that survives day 7.
