Mods & pluginsThe official server has an --accept-early-plugins argument. In Hypixel's words, it acknowledges that loading early plugins is unsupported and may cause stability issues. On our servers it's the «Accept Early Plugins» startup option.
When to turn it on
- Only when a plugin you trust explicitly says it needs it.
- After taking a backup, so you can go back if the server becomes unstable.
- Ideally after testing on a copy of your world, not on the main one.
It's off for a reason
«Unsupported» means that if the server crashes or behaves oddly with early plugins, the first fix is to turn this off and remove them.
Worth knowing
If the option isn't editable from your panel's Startup tab, open a ticket.
