Connection & updatesHypixel's support documents an issue where some Windows PCs with Intel or Realtek network cards get a slow or unstable connection in Hytale, because of how their drivers handle QUIC traffic. If a player has trouble on every server, not just yours, this is worth checking.
Hypixel suggests trying a USB Ethernet adapter. If the problem disappears with it, the built-in network card's driver is the cause.
Driver settings to change
- Open the adapter's properties
Device Manager → Network adapters → your card → Properties → Advanced.
- Disable «Priority & VLAN»
The setting Hypixel's article names first.
- Disable «Recv Segment Coalescing»
Both the IPv4 and IPv6 versions, if present.
- If it persists
Also try disabling Energy-Efficient Ethernet, ARP Offload, Flow Control and Green Ethernet.
These are settings on the player's own PC. Nothing on the server needs to change.
