Errors & fixesEverything the server prints is saved in the logs/ folder. When something goes wrong, the answer is usually in there.
How to read them
- Open the most recent file in
logs/from the file manager. - Search for words like
ERROR,ExceptionorCaused by. - Find the first error around the time of the problem: later ones are often knock-on effects.
- Look for a mod name in the lines around the error: it often tells you which mod is involved.
Asking for help
When you open a ticket, attach the log file or paste the lines around the first error. It saves a lot of back and forth.
