Twenty-eight gigabytes, eight splitter slots, fifteen databases and 235 GB of NVMe. Atlas is for networks that have stopped being seasonal and started being permanent.

At this size the constraint is rarely a single world. It is the total: eight services that all need to be up, all need their own database, and all keep their world data forever because deleting a season upsets people.

Twenty-eight gigabytes means every one of those services gets a real allocation rather than a slice of a slice. A modded main world with room for its full player count, and seven other things that never have to be turned off to make space.

Six backup slots is the part that matters most here. A permanent network is one where losing a week is worse than being slow for an evening, and this is the first plan with enough history to make that unlikely.

What actually runs on it

  • An eight-service permanent network
  • A large modded world with its full playerbase online
  • Multiple archived seasons kept live and joinable
  • A public network with its own staging and event servers

What it will not run

  • Networks needing more than ten server instances
  • World data beyond 235 GB across all services
  • Anything that would be better served by dedicated hardware

Ender is the ceiling of the catalogue: 32 GB, ten splitter slots and 265 GB of NVMe. Past that, talk to us about a dedicated node.
